Our Team
Store Manager
As the store manager of Nextfashionera, I am responsible for managing the store’s day-to-day operations, including inventory management, customer relations, sales performance and profits.
I have worked in retail since high school and have experience buying and selling products. As a buyer, I had to make sure that all of our products were in stock at all times and that they were priced correctly. As a seller, I had to make sure that customers had an enjoyable shopping experience by being knowledgeable about their needs and products and offering advice on what would work best for them.
Sales Assistant
I am a sales assistant at Nextfashionera, and I love it!
I have been working at this store for over three years, and it has been a fantastic experience. I love to help customers find anything they need within the store, whether it’s clothing or electronics or even just general knowledge about how to use a product.
I also enjoy learning new things every day–whether it’s about customer service or something else entirely. Getting new ideas and learning how to apply them is always exciting for me!
Cashier
I am the cashier at Nextfashionera and am responsible for processing and receiving payments and issuing receipts to customers as they leave with their purchases.
I have been working here for over two years, starting as an apprentice in the store’s customer service department before moving into the front-end operations department. In my current position, I oversee all aspects of our customer service operations (including cashiers) and ensure that we run smoothly at all times.
Founder’s Message
Hi! I’m Andrew Harley, founder of NextFashionera.
We’re a sustainable fashion store that aims to help you find the most stylish, sustainable clothes. You should be able to wear what you love without having to compromise on quality or sustainability–and we want to help you do just that.
Our mission is simple: we want to make it easier for people like us who care about our environment and want to look good while doing it. We get that sometimes it’s hard to find good-quality clothes that aren’t made from nasty chemicals and materials, but if you know where to look, these things don’t have to be an obstacle between you and your goals.
We’ve been working hard on our site over the past few months, adding new features like reviews from real customers and a shopping guide full of tips and tricks on how to shop sustainably while staying stylish at the same time. We’re excited about all these changes–and we hope they’ll help make it easier for people like us who care about our environment and want to look good while doing it!
